CHIR872: Clinical Diagnosis |
This unit will focus on the comprehensive health assessment of the patient. Emphasis is on physical examination skills and its relationship to the medical history and investigative results. Selected nutritional and pharmacological issues are also studied relevant to the chiropractor in clinical practice and as a basis for patient case management.
