ECHH301: Research Methods and their Applications in Early Childhood |
This unit has been designed to introduce students to the concepts and skills involved in designing research projects and to explore a range of research approaches and methods that can be employed in early childhood research. The focus is on 'hands-on' experience of research methods and critical reflection about the research process. Students will be prepared for their thesis work in fourth year by writing a research report and working towards a research design for their own project.
