ECST101: Child Development Birth-to-School |
This unit offers a critical overview of current theory and practice in the study of child development, birth-to-school age, within the Australian social context. Implications for cognitive, social/emotional, language and motor development are examined and discussed. Particular attention is paid to the implications of research and theory for early childhood educators in early childhood education and care settings.
