The design and development of e-learning resources requires a team of specialists including web and instructional designers, software developers and content specialists. This unit focuses on the role of the teacher in the process and examines the cognitive, socio-cultural, human, institutional and legislative issues that need to be resolved to ensure a quality learning experience.
