Human resource management is a key responsibility of leaders and managers in educational organisations. Participants will be given the opportunity to develop their understanding of the HRM function generally and of the roles and responsibilites of educational leaders and managers in particular, in areas such workforce planning, staff appraisal, compensation and management of performance.
