The field of Higher Education is predominatly cross-disciplinary. This unit will enable participants to gain an appreciation of research approaches that support the exploration of learning and teaching, or leadership and management, spanning traditional boundaries. The unit is also intended to support the preparation of participants for future research in higher education.
