LAW511: Advanced Legal Research Project |
This is a piece of supervised and organised research, normally leading to a paper similar to an article of 8,000-10,000 words, into an area of legal knowledge or regulation. Discussion of social or historical context, or philosophical framework, or the relation between legal and other approaches, is expected. LAW511 may be taken in either semester. The paper may build upon work in earlier units. For further information see the Undergraduate Legal Research Projects Study Guide.
