LAW867: Marine Environmental Law and Policy

This unit evaluates the efforts of the global community to protect and preserve the coastal and marine environment and to prevent, reduce and control pollution of the marine environment. The unit will undertake an examination of international conventions, legislation and other management tools used to achieve these objectives.
