MGSM886: European Study Tour: Leading Sustainable Organisations |
Leadership approaches and practices in sustainable organisations are examined from both theoretical and applied prespectives, including through an international study tour of appropiate European organisations. Examples of topics covered are: influence on leadership of alternative capitalism models, sustainable people practices, corporate social responsibility, respecting stakeholder interests including the environment, innovation and management.
