BCM207: Indigenous Leadership |
A critical examination of the concept of leadership forms the basis of this unit and the foundation for the development of ideas, principles and practices relating to indigenous leadership. The unit investigates and analyses contemporary ideas about networking, mentoring, managing and leading change, working with and managing cultural diversity. Issues concerned with occupational health and safety will form a particular focus for the unit.
