ECED840: The Mythology of the Family |
This unit examines different modes of child rearing and education in a range of historical and cultural contexts. There will be a focus on the factors within given contexts that influence attitudes and values about families, particularly those that lead to an implicit view of what are "normal" or "natural" family structures and relationships.
