HLTH306: Research Methods for Health Sciences |
This unit provides an introduction to the principles of evidence based health practice. The unit covers a range of issues in research including subjectivity and objectivity, different research strategies, evaluation and interpretation of data and ethical issues. Concepts of efficacy, effectiveness, clinical and statistical significance and critical appraisal of published work will be introduced.
