An Orientation program to prepare for Japanese corporate life; and a research project undertaken during the student's stay in Japan. The orientation will consist of four workshop-like sessions before the students' departure to Japan and one session after their return. For the research project, the student will choose one topic of his/her interest to conduct research in Japan and write a paper of approximately 5,000 words. The topic can be selected from a wide range such as different aspects of Japanese corporate life, business mannerisms, community life, or cultural aspects.
