JPN405: Japanese Language in the Corporate Environment I

Students in this program will be exposed to the language used in the corporate environment. They will be given opportunities to practice Japanese language skills at different levels: the formal level to conduct business discussions and to make presentations; the honourific level to speak to senior members in the corporate hierarchy and to business clients; and the informal level to interact with colleagues. The skills to handle different levels of the language, as well as the improvement in general language skills in reading, writing and speaking will be assessed upon the students' return at the end of the corporate experience.
