LAW423: Intellectual Property Law |
This unit examines the areas of law related to concepts of intangible property including the law of copyright, patents, trademarks, trade designs, confidentiality, passing off and the protection of business reputation. The general objectives of the unit are to develop a critical understanding of the basic laws and policies governing intellectual property in Australia and to examine and evaluate the operations of those laws and policies.
