This unit provides an introduction to the disclosure provisions and other requirements under Chapter 6 D of the Corporations Act. The primary focus of study will be the regulation of the offer of company shares for issue or sale. The unit will also look at ASX Listing Rules with respect to fundraising and listed companies.
