PSY234: Social and Personality Psychology |
This is an introduction to theory, research and applications in social and personality psychology. The self and other issues in personality theory, social perception, social cognition, attribution theory, stereotyping, attitudes and persuasion, group dynamics, prosocial behaviour and applications to health and social competence are considered.
Evening students will be able to obtain tapes of the lectures from the Centre for Open Education, but must attend the practicals/tutorials.
