PSY307: Organisational Psychology |
This unit examines individual and social issues relevant to work organisations. Topics will include job analysis, selection, performance appraisal, decision-making, job satisfaction, work motivation, groups at work, power, leadership, conflict management and training. Tutorials will include practical exercises and discussions relating to psychology in the workplace.
Evening students will be able to obtain tapes of the lectures from the Centre for Open Education, but must attend the practicals/tutorials.
