TEP449: Drama in the Secondary School I |
This unit is designed for those who wish to teach drama in the Secondary School. There will be an integration of theory, practical experience and knowledge of technical production. It has a strong emphasis on participation and the development of skills in improvisation, group devised performance, script interpretation and playbuilding. The current NSW syllabus documents for Years 7-10 and for Stage 6 will be examined in terms of outcomes, lesson/unit planning, classroom management, assessment strategies and resources.

Either: admission to BEd(Sec) or GDipEd
