PGCertSc(Ed) - Postgraduate Certificate in Science (Education)

The Postgraduate Certificate of Science (Education) program embeds leading-edge science content in pedagogy relevant to secondary education, placing content in its real world context. Entirely online, the program is ideal for teachers in rural and remote areas. The program was developed through partnerships between education and science faculties of six universities. It is for secondary science teachers Australia-wide with no residential sessions.

Please note: This degree does not train teachers nor does it prepare people to teach. People wishing to train as teachers should request information about the Graduate Diploma in Education from the Student Enquiry Service on 02 9850 6410.

General Requirements

  1. Minimum number of credit points: 15
  2. and completion of other specific requirements as set out in the schedule of Postgraduate Programs
