AUST300: Australian Perspectives III: Envisioning Australia |
This unit examines key issues concerning the future of Australian society and culture. Topics will include the nature of belief and ideology in contemporary Australia, the environment and sustainable development, the colonial heritage, democracy and political conflict, and the place of sport in Australian culture. We will explore these debates with the help of numerous invited speakers.
