BBA313: Marketing Management: Effectiveness and Efficiency |
Successful companies are those with strategies which are implemented in detail. Effectiveness relates to strategic decisions: doing the right things. Efficiency is doing the right things right. This unit considers specific issues in marketing strategy decisions and discusses their implementation as efficient marketing plans. This is a unit where much of the learning takes place outside of the formal classroom setting. The competitive nature of a marketing simulation game, the feedback it provides, and case analyses are the driving forces that determine the extent of a student's efforts and learning.
