BCM201: Indigenous Law and Politics |
This unit looks at the politics of Aboriginal identity. It examines the place of Aborigines in the political system and focuses on the emergence of an Aboriginal politics. In particular, it assesses the merits of politics and law as strategies or avenues for Aborigines, and it raises the need for alternative political-legal options.
