BUS856: Management of Conflict Within Organisations

This unit will provide participants with a range of tools necessary to effectively prevent, manage and resolve conflict within the organisational context. The unit will also contain a balance of the theoretical and practical elements necessary to understand and influence harmonious organisational relationships, as well as examine contemporary practices utilised internationally to enhance relationship building.
