ECFS994: Cashflow Structuring |
This unit course covers issues in analysing and structuring cashflows in financial transactions. We examine common measures of cashflows and complexities added by tax and leverage. Principles are stressed and practical issues in implementing those principles. Leasing products are studied, together with tips on using spreadsheets.
