ECH425: Early Childhood Management 3 |
This unit examines the development of early childhood settings through organisational evaluation and planning, and the retention and development of personnel. A number of important concepts and debates raised in ECH315 and ECH316 will be considered in greater depth. The main focus of this unit is an examination and evaluation of theory and practice as it relates to the leadership responsibilities of the early childhood educator in early childhood services and K-2 contexts.
