EDUC260: Language, Literacy and Learning |
This unit is designed for students who are planning to teach in the primary or secondary school. It has a developmental orientation and covers language development (listening; speaking; reading and writing) from pre-school to secondary school and beyond. Students are introduced to a number of models of language teaching and to K-6 and 7-10 English syllabuses.
