EDUC262: Education: The Learner |
The unit focuses on issues of learning and development, particularly as they relate to school-aged children and adolescents. The emphasis is primarily on cognition and social-cognition and discusses topics of particular relevance to educational practice. These topics typically include memory, metacognition, motivation, the development of prosocial behaviours, and critical and creative thinking.
