EHE912: Human Resource Management in Education |
Human resource management (HRM) is a key responsibility of leaders and managers in educational organisations. Participants will be given the opportunity to develop their understanding of the HRM function (job design, recruitment and selection); creating and maintaining a productive work environment (inducting staff and developing and managing staff performance); and legislative compliance (EO, OHS).
