ELEC274: Logic Design |
A sequence of lectures and associated tutorial and laboratory work, giving an introduction to the design and application of digital circuits and systems - from the basic switching circuits, through integrated-circuit functions of increasing complexity, to circuits and systems used in digital computers.
This unit aims to give, to students whose primary interest is computing, an appreciation of hardware aspects of design.
Please note that ELEC274 will be last offered in 2007 as part of an expansion of the digital electronics stream of units.
