HRM207: Human Resource Development |
This unit examines Human Resource Development (HRD), a field related to both Human Resource Management and to organisational learning. The role of HRD and typical HRD interventions are examined with regard to the promotion of changes in an organisation. This is presented through deliberate and planned interventions. Students will address the principles from which HRD proceeds, the level, scope and types of intervention used in HRD, and current issues in HRD.
