HRM327: HR Industry Learning Project |
This unit enables students to apply and test the knowledge gained throughout the course. In groups, students will be assigned to an organisation. They will decide on a relevant HR project that is useful to the organisation as well as their own studies. The project will consist of a research component and a practical component and students will write up the report and deliver a presentation to the organisation. The research report will need to cover the psychology of work as well as a number of organisational learning/development and innovation techniques detailed in the course. It should also reflect the knowledge gained from other HR subjects and be a useful resource for future application.
