ITEC854: Security Management

This unit tackles ICT security issues from a high-level management and policy perspective. It is intended to provide candidates with the organisational and analytic background required of a security manager, analyst or auditor working in today's highly networked commercial environment. Topics include security management policies and procedures, privacy policies, risk-management methodologies, security ethics, legal issues, security standards and audit procedures. We also touch upon subjects such as ICT forensics and behaviour modification.
