LAW316: Property in Law and Equity I

The distribution and regulation of property requires judgments to be made about fundamental human questions concerning politics, economics, morality and ecology. This unit provides a contextual outline and analysis of Anglo-Australian property law including: histories and theories of property, systems of title, mortgages, leases, concurrent ownership, covenants and easements, and native title.
