LAW427: Trial Advocacy |
This unit will prepare students in advocacy skills before courts and tribunals. It will focus on the analysis, strategy and preparation of cases in both civil and criminal trials. Direct and cross examination of witnesses, preparation of trial briefs, opening and closing addresses will be among the topics covered. Experienced counsel and judges will be also be involved.
