LAW443: Macquarie Legal Centre Clinical Program |
Entry to this unit is competitive. Selected students undertake a one-day-a-week placement for ten weeks at Macquarie Legal Centre, and four evening seminars. Students are supervised in the centre, interviewing clients, attending court and working on legal matters. Seminars address theoretical and policy issues highlighted by legal practice. Students write a weekly reflective journal and an assignment.
