Litigation examines and teaches the principles of civil procedure, and rules of evidence in civil and criminal matters. Major topics include pre-trial procedures, concepts of relevance and reliability in evidence, proof, the nature of adversarial disputation, the ethics of practice, and a critical evaluation of the administration of justice.
