LAW806: International Environmental Law |
An examination will be made of the sources and obligations of international law in relation to the environment and their connection with municipal laws, related inter-governmental organisations and non-government organisations. The unit concentrates on the major international environmental debates being addressed at the present time, including such issues as the greenhouse effect, ozone depletion, biodiversity, ocean pollution and sustainable development.
