LAW858: Pollution and Environmental Regulation |
The unit evaluates the efficacy of contemporary pollution control policies through an examination of international, Commonwealth, State and local government initiatives. It focuses on New South Wales and includes an examination of environmental protection legislation, criminal liability and enforcement will be considered. Specific topics include: corporate liability, contaminated land and due diligence.
