This unit integrates qualitative and quantitative research methods in the description, interpretation and evaluation of professional and organisational communication. Key points of focus include: research project design and management; gathering data in context; analysis, presentation and dissemination of findings; collaborative research underpinning evidence based practice and the process of professional and organisational change.
