This unit examines the recent development of the positive psychology movement and the advent of coaching psychology. The origins of coaching psychology are explored and its methods and applications are contrasted with clinical, counseling and organisational psychology. The unit focuses on life, executive and business coaching and contrasts it with training, mentoring and consulting.
