PSYC887: Advanced Issues in Organisational Psychology |
The unit investigates methods and theories of scientific psychology as they apply to organisations. Such psychological issues as motivation, stress, creativity, individual differences and group behaviour are explored, all in the context of the modern workplace. Classes cover both research and practice issues. The focus however, is on conceptual understanding rather than professional skills.
