PSYO914: Industrial and Organisational Psychology |
This unit aims to provide students with a set of methodologies commonly used in I/O psychology and considers current issues in I/O practice. Students will gain expertise in validation procedures, utility analysis and meta analysis. In all, the unit aims to bring together theory, methodology and workplace issues, and to provide a sound underpinning for professional practice.
