PSYO915: Organisational Change and Development |
This unit covers issues relevant to the social psychology of work organisations, with particular emphasis on organisational change and development. Topics covered include: theories of organisational change; factors that facilitate/present barriers to change; organisational culture; organisational communication (networks, formal vs informal, etc); power and conflict; developing measures of organisational effectiveness; organisational change processes (quality, customer focus, EEO, management structure etc).
