ACES847: Human Resource Management in Education |
Strategic management of human resources is a key responsibility of leaders at all levels of educational organisations. Participants develop their understanding of the nature and inter-relationships of the HRM functions (including recruitment, induction, continuing professional development, leadership development, performance development and legislative compliance), and consider how these contribute to productive work environments and organisational goals.
