CUL205: Drama, Screen, Society |
Culture develops dynamically and creatively in response to social experience and historical events. The aim of this unit is to study the relationship between creative practices and the broad social and cultural environment to which they respond. Although the ideas studied will be relevant to the whole range of creative practices, examples will mostly be drawn from performance, and screen media, such as film, television and multimedia.
