ECED826: Leading and Managing Early Childhood Services |
Students are introduced to co-ordination and governance of early childhood organisations. It includes the exploration of diverse administrative structures, regulatory and legislative frameworks as well as ethical and professional responsibilities of early childhood educators. The interplay between micro and macro systems of management and leadership in early childhood will be considered through organisational theory.
