ECFS901: Managing Operational Risk |
Participants will gain a working knowledge of operational risk management. The intention is to meet the growing need in industry for operational risk managers. The focus is on emerging models and tools for identifying, measuring, monitoring and mitigating operational risks, including casual modelling and simulation. Case studies and will be used.
