ECH425: Early Childhood Management 3 |
This unit examines early childhood settings through organisational evaluation and strategic planning. A number of important concepts and debates raised in ECH315 and ECH316 will be considered in greater depth. The main focus of this unit is an examination and evaluation of theory and practice as it relates to the leadership responsibilities of early childhood educators in early childhood services and K-2 contexts.
