EHE909: Innovation and Change in Educational Organisations |
This unit is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to develop a deeper appreciation of the nature of educational change and approaches to the leadership and management of change. Further, it will provide participants with the opportunity to critically reflect upon change processes within their own institution or sector, with a view to formulating recommendations for improved practice.
